We have a variety of classes to suit everyone. Our recommendation is to start with our Beginners Group Class if you are new to pilates. This class works at a slower pace and with the studio being small, the trainer can give more specific attention to each student.
We use the Hapana online booking system. The easiest way to book classes is to download our FREE Nickie Wellness Centre App from your app store. Once you have registered and logged in you can make purchases, book, waitlist, reschedule or cancel your classes either on the app or our website.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class. The instructor will give you an inductions of the studio, help you get to know the reformer bed and answer any questions you may have.
If you are unable to attend a class that you’ve booked in for please cancel via app prior 8 hours to the class start time.
We recommend gym clothes and/or light and fitted, comfortable clothes. You are also welcome to wear grip socks or practice in bare feet.
Being a boutique studio, we have a maximum of 5 clients per class. As a small group, this allow our trainer to give focus and consistent assistance to each individual.
You are able attend group classes up until 16 weeks, at which point we can offer private sessions. If you are a regular member, please email us for more information.
You must be 16 years or over to attend our group classes.
As the studios is a peaceful environment, it is a mobile-free zone and we ask that you leave your mobile phone in your bag (switched off) to respect your fellow class mates and instructors.
